As an IT Project Delivery Manager for State Government agencies, she has been instrumental in streamlining business processes and monitoring project deliverables for quality assurance.

Vinickie was able to leverage her project management experience and knowledge of process standardization to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals enhance operating procedures by identifying gaps in the transaction process and creating solutions to minimize processing delays.

Vinickie is the owner of Exceptional Transaction Services, where she and her team are committed to helping Real Estate agents facilitate more seamless transitions by monitoring contractual operations and affording agents the flexibility to be more present with prospective buyers and sellers.
